Crochet Ballerina Blanket Pattern

I am so pleased with this pattern – the ballerinas are created in using an intarsia technique and then the pretty little skirts are sewn onto the blanket at the end!

I think it makes it look like the dancing ballerina is on points and twirling with her arms above her head!

It is made using my favorite Paintbox Cotton DK yarn which comes in such an amazing array of colors including this Blush Pink (454) which is pepped up with pops of Bubblegum Pink (541) for her shoes, waistband and around the edge of the blanket.  At just £2.79 per ball it is a really reasonable price and of course machine washable!

I can’t wait to see how everyone gets on with the pattern!
