Crochet Red Robot Hat

Here is a cheeky little red robot hat that I finished this week!  This is another order that was requested before Christmas that I just couldn’t do (baby Custard and all that), but fortunately for me the person was very patient and waited for me to catch up with myself.

This little robot is the same design as the turquoise robot hat but specifically designed for the colors to match a new coat.

Isn’t it lovely?  This is the new coat that is going to see a little person through the end of Winter and into Spring (it will come eventually!) and the commission was to create a hat that would compliment it. And as I do love a little challenge, this is what I came up with.

I really hope he likes it!

This red robot hat was a commission and is made using 100% high quality cotton yarn.  It has a soft, ball antennae, lovely long plaits and soft ear domes. And of course a cheeky, robot smile!

I have pulled together a Pinterest board at with some of the examples of my work so you can see what other creations I have done . Commission hats are priced based on the complexity of the design and therefore the time they take to make and also the amount of yarn used.  Prices start from £19.
